Overview

A Lead Pursuits subscription can be canceled at any time through the Profile page. This article provides step by step guide to canceling subscription. 

Step 1: Canceling Subscription

1. Go to the Profile tab.

2. Expand the Subscription Details section.

3. Click the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the section.

Step 2: Confirm Cancellation

1. Upon clicking Cancel Subscription , a confirmation window will appear.

   • The user will be informed that their subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (e.g., 5/29/2025).

   • Optionally, the user can enter a Reason for cancellation in the provided textbox.

   • Click Confirm Cancellation to finalize.

   • Or click Keep Subscription to return without canceling.

FAQs

Will access to Lead Pursuits be available after canceling the subscription?

After cancellation, access to all pages on the Lead Pursuits platform, except the Profile page, will be restricted once the billing period ends.

Can a canceled subscription be reactivated?

A canceled subscription cannot be reactivated. To regain access, a new subscription must be purchased through the Lead Pursuits platform.
