1.3 Introduction to Leads View
Overview
This article introduces the Leads View, highlighting key categories and navigation features for efficient lead exploration.
Navigation Elements
The Leads view loads by default upon login. It can also be accessed by clicking the Leads option in the hamburger menu.

It features the following key elements for navigation:

Filters listings by entry of specific keywords (e.g, "Marketing" to filter by Category, "ABC Corp" for Agency, or "Urban Development" for Project Title). |

Provides a query builder for setting specific search parameters using logical operators such as AND/OR and Group conditions. |

Document Search (Button) |
Identifies exact matches for search terms in the Document Result tab of a lead. It pinpoints the specific document and page number where the term appears, eliminating the need to manually scan extensive files. |

Offers dynamic data organization by dragging column headers (e.g., Agency, State) and applying multi-level grouping for refined sorting. |

Expand Row (+) (Button) |
Reveals additional lead details such as Lead Summary and Document Result. Details for each tab are covered below. |

Pagination Control |
Adjusts leads per page (e.g., 25, 50, 100) and enables navigation via Next, Previous, First, and Last buttons. |
Leads Table
The Leads View displays a table containing information about each contract opportunity.

Key columns of the table are:
- Agency – The issuing government agency, municipality, or organization (e.g., Township of Toms River, City of Taylor, Bay County, etc.)
- State – The U.S. state where the project is located (e.g., NJ, MI, RI, MD). To understand state abbreviations, see State Abbreviation Guide.
- Lead Type – The type of procurement process. For detailed information, refer to Lead Types Guide.
- Project Title – A brief description of the contract opportunity.
- Due Date – The deadline for bid submission.
- Posting Date – The original publication date of the opportunity.
- Document Search – Indicates whether the lead documents are searchable using the Document Finder.
Lead Details
Each lead is represented as a row entry in the table. Clicking the Expand Row (+) button reveals additional tabs and buttons:

Note: The View Lead , Pursue Lead and Hide Lead buttons may not be immediately visible depending on the screen size. Scroll to the right within the lead entry to see these buttons.

Can I customize the way leads are displayed?
Yes. The table allows users to:
- Sort leads by clicking column headers (e.g., ascending/descending order).
- Group leads by dragging column headers (e.g., by Agency, State).
- Expand individual lead entries for deeper insights.
How often are leads updated?
Leads are updated every 24 hours based on new postings and changes from the official bid sources.
