Overview

This article introduces the Profile view of the Lead Pursuits platform.

The Profile view can be accessed by selecting the Profile option in the hamburger menu.

Key Elements of Profile View

Following settings and options are available within the Profile view:

Description

1.

Email

Displays the user's registered email address. This is typically the primary identifier for the account.

Account Creation Date

Shows the exact date and time when the user's account was created. This information is read-only.

First Name / Last Name

Allows the user to view and edit their first and last names.

Default Lead Query

Opens a dropdown menu allowing users to set a default lead search query. This query will be automatically applied when viewing the Leads table.

Select Theme

Provides a dropdown menu to choose a visual theme for the Lead Pursuits interface (e.g., light mode, dark mode, system default).

Subscription Details

Expands to show information related to the current subscription plan.

Payment Methods

Expands to display and manage saved payment methods.

 9.

Available Plans

Provides information on other subscription plans the user can upgrade or switch to.

Billing History

Expands to show the user's billing and invoice history.

 11.

Save Changes

Button to save any changes made to editable fields.

12.

Logout

Allows the user to log out of their Lead Pursuits account.


Profile setting modifications can be saved using the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

Can I change my email address in the Profile tab?

No, the email address is typically tied to the account credentials. For changes, Contact Support

What is the purpose of the Default Lead Query? 

The Default Lead Query automatically applies a pre-set filter to the Leads View upon loading. This saves time and ensures users see the most relevant leads immediately.

Can I edit my Account Creation Date? 

No, the Account Creation Date is automatically generated when the account is created and cannot be edited.
