Overview

This article explains how users can log in to their Lead Pursuits account.

Prerequisites

A registered email address and password are required to access the platform. New users can create an account by referring to Set Up Your Profile.

Accessing the Login Page

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Lead Pursuits portal to access the login page.

Logging In

  1. Enter the Email Address associated with the Lead Pursuits account.
  2. Enter the account Password.
  3. Click Sign In to access the Lead Pursuits platform.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect email or password

  • In case of “Invalid email or password” error, double-check the credentials and re-enter them correctly, as passwords are case-sensitive.

Forgot Password?

  1. In case of a forgotten password, click the Forgot Password link.

  2. The system displays a message: “If a user with this email exists, a password reset link will  be sent”.

  3. Check the inbox (and spam/junk folders) associated with the account.
  4. Locate the password reset email from Lead Pursuits.
  5. Click the reset link to open the Lead Pursuits password reset page.

  6. The user is redirected to the Password Reset page.

  7. Enter a new password.
  8. Click on Change Password.

  9. The system displays a message: “Your password has been reset successfully!”.

  10. Return to the login page after changing the password.
  11. Log in with the new password.
