This article explains how users can hide specific leads from the Leads view and later retrieve them using the Include Hidden Leads option in the Search Builder.

Hiding a Lead from the Leads View

Users may choose to hide leads that are not relevant to their current workflow.

1. Go to the Leads View.

2. Click the Expand Row (+) button next to the desired lead.

3. Scroll to the right and locate the Hide Lead button.

4. Click Hide Lead to remove the lead from view.

5. Reload the page. The lead would be hidden from the Leads View.

Retrieving Hidden Leads using Search Builder

1. Open the Search Builder from the Leads view.

2. In the search options menu, locate the Include Hidden Leads checkbox.

3. Check this box to include previously hidden leads in your search results.

4. Click the Submit button to view all leads, including hidden ones.

Can I unhide a lead?
