FAQs

What is the difference between "Add Expression" and "Add Group"?

  1. Add Expression: Adds a new filter at the same level, using the selected AND/OR logic.
  2. Add Group: Creates a nested set of conditions with separate AND/OR logic, allowing more complex queries.

Example:

  1. Add Expression: (State = FL AND Due Date = 3/19/2025)
  2. Add Group: (State = FL AND (Due Date = 3/19/2025 OR Lead Type = Bid))

What is the best way to organize leads for better visibility?

Leads can be grouped by dragging column headers (e.g., Agency, State) into the Group By Column Header section. For a more detailed classification, multiple headers can be dropped to create nested groupings.

What steps can be taken if a previously viewed lead cannot be found?

Adjusting search filters, clearing previous filters, or increasing the number of items displayed per page in the Pagination Control may help in locating the lead.
